Latonia Harris

Latonia Harris holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (Northwestern University) and a BSE in Chemical Engineering (University of Michigan). Latonia began her career in biopharmaceutical R&D over 20 years ago. She has been employed at the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson for 17 years and is the Sr. Director of Product Quality Management (PQM) for BioTherapeutics. She is responsible for overall quality strategy and manages a global team of twenty employees responsible for all aspects of product quality for the entire Janssen biotherapeutics portfolio.
