Project Lead the Way

Project Lead The Way (PLTW) is a leading provider of STEM Career and Technical Education curriculum nationwide. PLTW’s high school programs in Engineering, Computer Science, and Biomedical Science are hands-on, open-ended, and career relevant. The University of Delaware is proud to be a long-standing member of PLTW’s University Partnership Program. Students who have taken PLTW coursework are well prepared for their next step as undergraduate engineers, and they will find a high degree of alignment between their high school coursework and more advanced courses at the university level.

University of Delaware encourages prospective students who have completed PLTW coursework to highlight these accomplishments on their applicants. PLTW course and pathway completion is looked upon favorably for admission and scholarship opportunities in all engineering majors offered at University of Delaware.
