The RISE Academy is a 5-week, residential, summer acclimation program to help you familiarize yourself with the campus and campus life before the fall semester begins. RISE Academy students will complete the first MATH course required for your major; live with other RISE participants and other UD students in a residence hall; and participate in an experiential learning opportunity. The cost of an experience like this could be more than $7,500 but the RISE Program is pleased to cover most of the cost for students admitted to the Academy (admitted students pay a $500 non-refundable deposit). The selection process is competitive and space is limited.
