Fast-track your career
with a
4+1 degree
Here’s how it works: Apply no later than the spring semester of your junior year, then take graduate-level courses in your senior year that count toward both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. With just one additional year beyond the bachelor’s, you’ll graduate with a master’s — showing advanced expertise, stronger career opportunities and the benefit of continuing to study with the same faculty you already know at UD.
Admissions requirements
- Around 75 credits completed toward your bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
- Requirements may vary by program. See each program page for alternate requirements.
How to apply
- Select graduate courses with your advisor that will count for both degrees.
- Submit the abbreviated 4+1 application form (no GRE or application fee required).
