Elizabeth Whitney reflects on Knauss Fellowship
Elizabeth Whitney received her doctorate from UD in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2024. She was selected by Delaware Sea Grant to be a 2025 John A. Knauss Fellow, a fellowship run through the National Sea Grant office.
