Pyramidal Texturing of Silicon (Froggy)

Orientation-dependent pyramidal texturing of crystalline silicon using 2% tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) solution to improve the optical properties of silicon solar cell. This surface, as opposed to a flat polished surface, improves the light trapping mechanism of the front surface of Si solar cells.
